Iron One service messaging

Our SMS/MMS program supports customer inquiries, appointment coordination, arrival updates and requested estimate or service follow-up. These terms cover messages from IRON ONE CHIMNEY LLC, doing business as Iron One Chimney, at (737) 999-3139.

Your choice

You can choose service texts through the optional website checkbox or give permission during a conversation with our team. You can also text us first for a response to your question. Providing a number alone does not enroll you. Permission is not required to buy a service, and this program does not enroll you in promotional text campaigns.

Frequency and charges

The number of messages depends on your requests and service activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and service availability; we cannot guarantee delivery time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to end messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To ask for assistance, reply HELP, call (737) 999-3139, or email irononechimney@gmail.com. Tell us if your number changes so we can update our records. After opting out, contact our team if you wish to provide new permission.
