We use them to respond, prepare estimates, arrange visits and support your service.

Text messaging choices

The SMS checkbox on our forms is optional and starts unchecked. Requesting service does not require agreeing to texts. If you choose SMS, we record your selection, the disclosure shown, its version, the form location and submission time with your request. You may withdraw permission by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us below.

Service providers and reviews

Our website uses Web3Forms to deliver service requests. We use Dialpad for business communications. Service providers may process information as needed to carry out these functions. We also use Shopper Approved for optional feedback invitations; as disclosed on our forms, your name, email and request reference are used for this purpose. SMS permission records are not included in that review invitation.

Marketing and mobile information

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in information are not shared for those purposes. SMS consent records are used only to operate and document the messaging service, including necessary processing by service providers, or as legally required.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information; some records may need to be retained for ongoing service or legal obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive financial or identification documents through ordinary text messages.
